PNG vs SVG
PNG is pixel-based (great for screens). SVG is vector-based and scales perfectly at any size (ideal for print). If your design software supports SVG, prefer it for business cards.
When to choose PNG
- Your tool doesn’t accept SVG.
- You only need web/email mockups.
- You export at large size (≥1000 px) for sharp print.
When to choose SVG
- Professional printing or vector-friendly workflow.
- Small QR sizes (15–20 mm) that must stay sharp.
- Reuse across flyers, packaging, posters.
How to generate for cards
- Open the generator.
- Select vCard or URL, fill details, then Generate.
- Use dark code on a light background; keep a quiet zone around it.
- Download SVG (preferred) or a high-res PNG.
